Welcome, my name is Elaina and I enjoy working with clients in a person-centered approach to be able to customize therapy for the needs of my clients. I use an eclectic approach of evidence based practices to allow my clients to meet their goals and build confidence in themselves.

Therapy can be uncomfortable and difficult. My hope is to create a warm and safe place for my clients to open themselves up and share their life stories, hopes, goals and dreams; while also addressing concerns and barriers that may be getting in the way of those achievements.
